BDR role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and SMS; use HubSpot to manage outreach; build targeted prospect lists with Apollo and Clay; run multi-touch sequences with Instantly; write high-converting emails and messages; initiate conversations with Bluelight’s value proposition; qualify prospects (budget, authority, need, timeline); handle objections; book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; log activities and pipeline updates; continually improve messaging; meet or exceed KPIs including activity targets, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.
