Job Summary
Business Development Representative responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS, using HubSpot to manage outreach. Build and manage prospect lists with Apollo and Clay, run multi-touch outbound sequences in Instantly, and write compelling messages to engage prospects. Qualify opportunities based on budget, authority, need, and timeline; book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; log activities and maintain pipeline in HubSpot. Strong English communication, experience with outbound sales in technology/software, and ability to work remotely in Latin America (Salto, Uruguay noted as location). Meet or exceed KPIs including activity targets, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution. Helpful tools include HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRMs, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and LinkedIn; preferred experience with telemarketing/outbound campaigns and building targeted outreach lists, with a focus on converting opportunities into qualified meetings.
