Job Summary

BDR role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) targeting US-based decision-makers, using HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and Instantly. Responsibilities include building and managing prospect lists, executing multi-touch outbound sequences, composing high-conversion emails and LinkedIn messages, qualifying prospects (budget, authority, need, timeline), handling objections, booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives, and ensuring strong show rates through diligent follow-up. Requires independent work ethic, strong English communication, and ability to contribute to a performance-driven sales pipeline; success is measured by daily activity targets, meetings booked, and overall pipeline contribution.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
  • Experience in technology or software industries
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
  • Experience with outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
