Job Summary
BDR role with Bluelight for remote work in Latin America focusing on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) to US-based decision-makers. Responsibilities include outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS; building targeted prospect lists using Apollo and Clay; running multi-touch sequences in Instantly; drafting personalized outbound messages; qualifying prospects (budget/authority/need/timeline), handling objections, and booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives. Must log activities in HubSpot, meet KPIs for activity, meetings, and pipeline; strong English communication and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in technology/software sales and CRM familiarity (e.g., Salesforce) are preferred, with knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and Instantly considered a plus. Remote-friendly with US market focus and a location in Latin America (example: Cochabamba, Bolivia).
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software industries
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
