Job Summary
Business Development Representative responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) to book qualified appointments, using HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and Instantly; build targeted prospect lists, craft high-conversion emails and LinkedIn messages, and qualify opportunities based on budget, authority, need, and timeline. Drive discovery calls for Account Executives, maintain accurate activity logs and pipeline updates, and meet or exceed KPIs (activities, conversations, meetings booked, pipeline contribution). Requires strong English communication skills, experience in B2B software/tech sales, outbound calling, and proficiency with CRM tools; remote-friendly role with focus on US-based decision-makers and Latin American markets.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software industries
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
