Job Summary
BDR with high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) to build qualified opportunities for Account Executives; develop target lists using Apollo/Clay, run multi-touch sequences in Instantly, and craft personalized emails/LinkedIn messages to engage US-based decision-makers; qualify opportunities based on budget/authority/need/timeline and drive discovery calls while meeting KPI targets and maintaining clean activity logs in HubSpot. Strong emphasis on outbound outreach, CRM proficiency, creating high-conversion messaging, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven software-technology environment. Nice-to-haves include experience with Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and AI-assisted workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software industries
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
