Job Summary
Remote Business Development Representative responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) targeting US-based decision-makers. Conducts cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and SMS outreach, builds prospect lists with Apollo/Clay, runs multi-touch sequences in Instantly, and writes personalized outreach messages. Qualifies prospects based on BANT/defining criteria, handles objections, books-qualified discovery calls for Account Executives, and ensures strong show rates through diligent follow-up. Maintains accurate activity logs in HubSpot, continuously improves messaging, and strives to meet or exceed daily activity, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution. Nice-to-have tools include Apollo, Clay, and Instantly; success is measured by pipeline quality and booked meetings in a software/tech consultancy environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
