Job Summary
Business Development Representative responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) to book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives. Uses tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and Instantly to build targeted prospect lists and run multi-touch outreach (emails, LinkedIn, calls, SMS). Crafts personalized messaging and clearly communicates Bluelight's value early in conversations, qualifying prospects on criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline. Oversees follow-up to ensure strong show rates, logging activities and pipeline updates, and aims to meet or exceed KPIs for activity, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution. Remote role with presence in Latin America (Bogotá, Colombia) and collaboration with teams across the United States and Central/South America.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-makers
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is desirable
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with customer service orientation
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing within a team
