Job Summary
Business Development Representative needed for a remote-facing role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting to expand the client base. Responsibilities include 80–150+ daily activities via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS; managing outreach in HubSpot; building prospect lists with Apollo/Clay; running multi-touch sequences in Instantly; writing high-converting outbound emails and messages; initiating conversations, qualifying prospects, handling objections, and positioning Bluelight’s software solutions. The role requires booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives, ensuring good show rates through follow-up, logging activities in HubSpot, and continuously improving messaging. Candidates should have proven B2B or inside sales experience, strong negotiation and English communication skills, familiarity with CRM systems, and the ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team. Nice-to-have tools include Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and AI-assisted workflows. Success metrics include daily activity targets, meetings booked, and pipeline contributions. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and contribute within a team
- Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs (activities, meetings, pipeline)
