Job Summary

BDR responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS; manage outreach in HubSpot; build lists with Apollo and Clay; run multi-touch sequences in Instantly; write and send personalized outbound emails and LinkedIn messages; initiate conversations emphasizing Bluelight's value; qualify prospects based on BANT (budget, authority, need, timeline); handle objections and position Bluelight as a software/tech solution; book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; ensure strong show rates with diligent follow-up; log activities and pipeline updates; continuously optimize messaging; achieve daily activity targets, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales
  • Strong outbound sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot or Salesforce)
  • Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns
  • Ability to work independently while contributing within a team
  • Experience using prospecting tools (Apollo, Clay) and outbound sequences
  • Ability to qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed KPIs (activities, meetings, pipeline)
