Job Summary
Business Development Representative to lead high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS, using HubSpot to manage outreach and follow-ups. Build targeted prospect lists with Apollo and Clay; run multi-touch sequences in Instantly; craft high-conversion outbound emails and LinkedIn messages; initiate conversations presenting Bluelight’s value proposition early; qualify prospects (budget, authority, need, timeline); handle objections and position Bluelight as a software/technology solution; book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; ensure strong show rates through diligent follow-up; log activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot; continuously improve messaging; meet/exceed KPIs (activity targets, conversations, meetings booked, pipeline contribution).
