Job Summary
Business Development Representative (remote-friendly) responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities per day) via cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, and SMS. Use HubSpot to manage outreach, build targeted prospect lists with Apollo and Clay, and run multi-touch sequences in Instantly. Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline; book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; maintain accurate activity logs and pipeline updates. Success metrics include daily activity targets, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution. Strong English communication and experience in B2B/software environments are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software industries
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
