Job Summary
Business Development Representative focusing on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) to US-based decision-makers, leveraging HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and Instantly to qualify opportunities and book qualified discovery calls; strong emphasis on outbound messaging, objection handling, and achieving KPI-driven pipeline growth. Remote role with Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico as the applicant location, supporting Bluelight's Latin America and US-focused client base. The position requires experience in outbound sales, SaaS/tech domains, and English communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software industries
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
