Job Summary
Drive high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) targeting US-based decision-makers to book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives. Execute multi-channel outreach via cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, and SMS; manage outreach sequences using HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and Instantly; craft personalized outbound emails and messages with clear CTAs; qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline; handle objections and position Bluelight’s value in software/technology solutions; log all activities and contribute to a predictable pipeline while meeting KPIs such as meetings booked and pipeline contribution; this is a fully remote role supporting Bluelight’s growth across the US and Latin America.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
- Strong outbound sales experience
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Ability to qualify prospects (budget, authority, need, timeline)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team collaboration and pipeline management
