Job Summary
Remote-based Business Development Representative responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day), qualifying prospects, booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives, and maintaining accurate activity logs in HubSpot. Must excel at building targeted prospect lists with tools like Apollo and Clay, craft high-conversion outbound emails and LinkedIn messages, handle objections, and achieve daily activity and pipeline KPIs. Requires strong English communication, experience in B2B technology/software sales, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software industries
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
