Outbound Business Development Representative role in a remote-capable, growth-focused software consultancy. Responsibilities include high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities per day) via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS; managing outreach in HubSpot; building prospect lists with Apollo and Clay; running multi-touch sequences in Instantly; writing personalized outbound emails and LinkedIn messages; initiating conversations to convey Bluelight's value; qualifying prospects on budget, authority, need, and timeline; handling objections and positioning Bluelight as a software/tech solution; booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; ensuring strong show rates through diligent follow-up; logging activities in HubSpot; and driving KPIs such as meetings booked and pipeline contribution. Ideal candidates have proven B2B software/tech sales experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team. Nice-to-haves include familiarity with Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and AI-assisted outreach; success measured by activity targets and qualified meetings.”,
