Job Summary
Business Development Representative role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting to expand Bluelight's client base. Responsibilities include daily multi-channel outreach (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS; using HubSpot to track activity and follow-ups; building targeted prospect lists with Apollo and Clay; running multi-touch sequences in Instantly; composing high-converting outbound emails and messages; initiating conversations with clear value propositions; qualifying prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline; handling objections; booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; maintaining accurate pipeline updates; and continuously improving messaging. Success is measured by meeting or exceeding KPIs for activity, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution. The candidate should have proven B2B/inside sales experience in technology/software, strong negotiation skills, CRM familiarity, and excellent English communication; capable of working independently and in a team; optional experience with Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and AI-assisted tooling.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software industries
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
