Job Summary
Drive high-volume outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings for Account Executives; manage outreach across calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS; build targeted prospect lists using tools like Apollo and Clay; run and optimize multi-touch outbound sequences; craft high-converting emails and messages with clear calls-to-action; initiate conversations, communicate Bluelight's value proposition quickly, and qualify opportunities based on budget, authority, need, and timeline; book discovery calls and ensure strong show rates through diligent follow-up; log activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot; continuously improve messaging and outreach strategies to hit daily activity targets, meetings booked, and pipeline contributions; remote-work-friendly role with a focus on meeting KPIs and contributing to a growing software consultancy.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
- Experience in technology or software industries preferred
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns is desirable
- Ability to work independently and contribute within a team
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Ability to qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline
