Job Summary
Business Development Representative responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) to identify qualified opportunities, qualify prospects, book discovery calls for Account Executives, and meet KPIs. Utilize HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and Instantly to manage outreach; craft high-converting emails and messages via LinkedIn, SMS, and calls. Must excel at communicating Bluelight's value proposition early in conversations, qualify prospects using BANT/criteria, handle objections, and contribute to a growing pipeline from a remote LATAM location. Requires proven experience in B2B software sales, strong English communication, and ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment
