Job Summary
Business Development Representative responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day), using HubSpot to manage outreach, and building targeted prospect lists with Apollo and Clay. You will run multi-touch outbound sequences in Instantly, craft high-conversion emails and LinkedIn messages, initiate conversations to clearly communicate Bluelight’s value, qualify prospects based on budget/authority/need/timeline, handle objections, and book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives. This role emphasizes meeting or exceeding KPIs (daily activity targets, conversations, meetings booked, pipeline contribution) and requires strong English communication, autonomy, and teamwork in a fully remote environment across Latin America.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
