Job Summary
Business Development Representative (BDR) needed for a remote, Latin America-focused role. Responsibilities include high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS; managing outreach using HubSpot and CRM tools; building and validating targeted prospect lists with Apollo/Clay; executing multi-touch outbound sequences with Instantly; crafting high-conversion emails and LinkedIn messages; initiating conversations that clearly communicate Bluelight's value; qualifying prospects and booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; handling objections and maintaining pipeline accuracy; and meeting or exceeding KPIs related to activity, meetings, and pipeline growth. Requirements include proven B2B/inside sales experience in tech/software, strong negotiation and English communication skills, familiarity with CRM systems, and the ability to work independently within a team, with remote work emphasis and a US-based client-facing focus.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
- Strong outbound prospecting experience (high-volume: 80–150+ activities/day)
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience with telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, timeline (BANT)
- Experience logging activities and maintaining pipelines in CRM (HubSpot)
