Job Summary
Business Development Representative role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) to book qualified appointments with US-based decision-makers. Responsibilities include managing outreach in HubSpot and prospect lists with Apollo and Clay, executing multi-touch sequences in Instantly, crafting personalized outbound emails and LinkedIn messages, qualifying prospects, handling objections, scheduling discovery calls for Account Executives, and achieving KPI targets (activity levels, meetings booked, pipeline contribution). Must have proven experience in B2B/inside sales in technology or software, strong English communication, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-have tools include Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and AI-assisted workflows.
