Job Summary
Remote Business Development Representative focusing on high-volume outbound prospecting for US-based decision-makers. Responsibilities include 80–150+ activities/day via cold calls, cold email, LinkedIn, and SMS; using HubSpot to manage outreach; building prospect lists with Apollo and Clay; running multi-touch outbound sequences in Instantly; writing engaging outbound emails and LinkedIn messages; qualifying prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline; handling objections and positioning Bluelight's software/technology solutions; booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; logging activities and pipeline in HubSpot; continuously improving messaging; and meeting or exceeding KPIs (activity targets, conversations, meetings booked, pipeline contribution). Requirements include proven B2B/inside sales experience, strong negotiation skills, familiarity with CRM systems, telemarketing/outbound experience, excellent English communication, and ability to work independently and in a team. Nice-to-have skills include Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and AI-assisted outreach tools.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales
- Strong outbound prospecting experience
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience using outbound tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Instantly) is preferred
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
