Job Summary

Business Development Representative (BDR) for a fully remote role servicing Latin America, focusing on high-volume outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and booking qualified appointments with US-based decision-makers. Responsibilities include executing 80–150+ daily outreach activities via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS; managing outreach sequences; building targeted prospect lists using Apollo and Clay; leveraging HubSpot to log activities and pipeline updates; qualifying prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline; handling objections; and ensuring strong show rates for discovery calls. Required skills include proven B2B/inside sales experience, strong negotiation abilities, CRM familiarity (HubSpot/Salesforce), excellent English communication, and a results-driven mindset to hit daily activity and meeting targets. Nice-to-have tools include Apollo, Clay, and Instantly, with a focus on continuous improvement of messaging and outreach strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
  • Strong outbound sales experience
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred, Salesforce or similar)
  • Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is desirable
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed KPIs (activity targets, meetings booked, pipeline contribution)
