Job Summary
Business Development Representative based in Latin America, focusing on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ touches daily) to expand Bluelight's client base. Responsibilities include outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS outreach; using HubSpot to manage tasks; building prospect lists with Apollo and Clay; running multi-touch sequences in Instantly; writing personalized outbound emails and LinkedIn messages; initiating conversations to communicate Bluelight's value proposition; qualifying prospects (budget, authority, need, timeline) and booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; logging activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot; continually improving messaging; and achieving KPIs around activity, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution. Ideal candidate has B2B or software-related outbound sales experience, strong negotiation skills, CRM familiarity (HubSpot, Salesforce), and excellent English communication. Remote role available in Latin America with the company offering competitive salary, PTO, flexible hours, and remote work.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
- Strong outbound sales experience
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot; Salesforce or similar)
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed KPIs (activity targets, meetings booked, pipeline contribution)
- Experience building targeted prospect lists with tools such as Apollo and Clay
- Ability to craft personalized outreach emails and LinkedIn messages with clear CTAs
