Job Summary
BDR with high-volume outbound prospecting focus, responsible for cold calls/emails/LinkedIn/SMS to build and book qualified appointments with US-based decision-makers for Bluelight’s software solutions; must manage prospect lists, multi-touch sequences, personalized outreach, overcome objections, and achieve daily activity and pipeline targets; remote work in Latin America with 80–150+ activities/day, HubSpot/Apollo/Clay/Instantly stacks, and KPI-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
- Strong outbound prospecting experience
- Ability to qualify prospects based on budget/authority/need/timeline
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
