Job Summary
Business Development Representative responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) to build a qualified pipeline, using HubSpot for task management, Apollo/Clay for targeted lists, and Instantly for multi-touch sequences. Role focuses on communicating Bluelight's value proposition to US-based decision-makers, qualifying prospects based on budget/authority/need/timeline, handling objections, booking discovery calls for Account Executives, and driving meetings and pipeline with strong follow-up and KPI attainment. Requires strong English communication, experience in B2B tech/software sales, and ability to work independently while contributing to a fast-paced team. Remote work option acknowledged with location in Rosario, Argentina.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
- Strong negotiation and ability to influence decision-makers
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and within a team
- Knowledge of outbound prospecting tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Instantly) is a plus
- Experience generating high-quality, qualified meetings or pipeline through cold outreach
