Job Summary
BDR role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) to book qualified discovery calls with US-based decision-makers; responsibilities include executing multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, SMS), using HubSpot to manage tasks, building targeted prospect lists with Apollo and Clay, running sequences in Instantly, crafting persuasive outreach messages, qualifying prospects (budget, authority, need, timeline), handling objections, and driving pipeline while meeting or exceeding daily activity and meeting KPIs. Requires proven B2B/inside sales experience, CRM proficiency, strong English communication, independent work style with team collaboration, and a results-driven approach in a remote Latin America setting.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales
- Strong outbound prospecting experience (high-volume outbound)
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
- Experience with prospecting tools (Apollo, Clay, Instantly)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed KPIs (daily activity targets, meetings booked, pipeline contribution)
