Job Summary
Business Development Representative (Remote, Latin America) at Bluelight is responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting to expand the client base, including 80–150+ activities per day via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS. Uses HubSpot to manage outreach, builds prospect lists with Apollo and Clay, runs multi-touch sequences in Instantly, and crafts high-converting outbound messages. Qualifies prospects based on budget/authority/need/timeline, handles objections, books qualified discovery calls for Account Executives, and maintains pipeline updates. Must meet or exceed KPIs for activities, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution. Requires proven B2B/inside sales experience in tech/software, strong negotiation, CRM familiarity (e.g., Salesforce), and excellent English communication skills. Remote-friendly with experience collaborating across a distributed team; nice-to-have tools include Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and AI-assisted workflows. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software industries
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
