Job Summary
BDR role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and SMS; manage prospect lists with Apollo and Clay; run multi-touch sequences in Instantly; write personalized outbound emails and LinkedIn messages; initiate conversations to communicate Bluelight's value; qualify prospects (budget, authority, need, timeline) and book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; log activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot; meet or exceed KPIs (activity targets, conversations, meetings booked, pipeline contribution); remote opportunity targeting U.S.-based decision-makers with English proficiency; experience in technology/software sales and familiarity with CRM tools recommended; company emphasizes remote work across the Americas and a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software industries
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
