Job Summary

BDR role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) to build and qualify opportunities for Account Executives in a remote Latin America context. Responsibilities include managing outbound sequences via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS, building targeted prospect lists with Apollo/Clay, using HubSpot to log activities, running multi-touch outbound sequences in Instantly, writing personalized outreach messages, qualifying prospects based on budget/authority/need/timeline, handling objections, booking qualified discovery calls, and meeting KPIs (daily activity, meetings booked, pipeline contribution). Must communicate Bluelight's value proposition early, drive show rates with proper follow-up, and continuously improve messaging and outreach strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software industries
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
