Job Summary
Business Development Representative (Remote, Latin America) at Bluelight to drive high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities per day) and book qualified appointments with US-based decision-makers. Responsibilities include cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and SMS, using HubSpot to manage tasks, building targeted lists with Apollo and Clay, running multi-touch outbound sequences in Instantly, writing personalized outreach messages, qualifying prospects (budget, authority, need, timeline), handling objections, and securing discovery calls for Account Executives. Must meet or exceed KPIs (activity, conversations, meetings booked, pipeline contribution) with excellent English communication skills, and ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a fast-paced sales team. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and outbound tools is valued; experience with AI-assisted outreach and integrations like Apollo, Clay, Instantly is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software industries
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
