Job Summary
BDR role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) to expand Bluelight's client base, qualifying prospects for Account Executives, and booking qualified discovery calls. Responsibilities include cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn and SMS outreach, building targeted lists with Apollo and Clay, running multi-touch sequences in Instantly, writing personalized outbound messages, and logging activities in HubSpot. Success relies on meeting KPIs for activity, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution. Requires proven experience in B2B or inside sales in technology/software, strong negotiation and communication skills in English, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work independently within a team. Nice-to-have tools include Apollo, Clay, and Instantly; experience with AI tools to enhance outreach is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
- Experience with outbound prospecting and scheduling
- Strong communication skills in English
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
