Job Summary
BDR responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS; manage outreach in HubSpot; build targeted prospect lists with Apollo and Clay; run multi-touch sequences in Instantly; craft high-converting outbound emails and LinkedIn messages; initiate conversations, articulate Bluelight's value proposition quickly; qualify prospects (budget, authority, need, timeline) and book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; log activities and pipeline in HubSpot; continuously improve messaging; aiming to meet or exceed daily activity targets, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution. Remote role focusing on Latin America with Peru-based operations noted; requires strong English communication and independent, yet collaborative work style.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales, preferably within technology or software industries
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
