Job Summary

Business Development Representative responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS; uses HubSpot to manage outreach; builds targeted lists with Apollo and Clay; runs multi-touch sequences in Instantly; writes high-conversion outbound emails and LinkedIn messages; initiates conversations with Bluelight's value proposition; qualifies prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline; handles objections; books qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; ensures strong show rates through follow-up; logs activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot; aims to exceed KPIs for activities, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution; emphasizes strong English communication and ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
