Job Summary

Business Development Representative (Remote) focused on high-volume outbound prospecting for US-based decision-makers. Responsibilities include 80–150+ activities per day via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS; using HubSpot to manage outreach; building targeted lists with Apollo and Clay; running multi-touch sequences in Instantly; writing high-conversion emails and messages; initiating conversations to communicate Bluelight's value; qualifying prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline; handling objections; booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; logging activities and maintaining pipeline in HubSpot; continuously improving messaging; and meeting/exceeding KPIs for activity, meetings, and pipeline growth. Requirements include proven B2B/inside sales experience in technology/software, strong negotiation and English communication skills, familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), and ability to work independently and in a team. Nice-to-have tools: Apollo, Clay, Instantly; emphasis on remote work capability and ongoing professional development.
