Job Summary
Outbound sales-focused Business Development Representative role. Responsibilities include high-volume prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS; building and managing prospect lists; running multi-touch outbound sequences; writing personalized outreach messages; qualifying prospects (budget, authority, need, timeline); handling objections; booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; and logging activities in HubSpot. Requires strong English communication, experience in B2B/software environments, familiarity with CRM tools, and a performance-driven mindset to meet KPI targets (activities, meetings, pipeline). Remote work with a Latin America focus; headquarters presence in the US/Central/South America region; emphasis on innovative outreach strategies and ongoing optimization of messaging.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
- Strong outbound sales experience
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns experience
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and contribute in a team environment
- Experience with prospecting tools (Apollo, Clay) and outbound sequences (Instalntly)
