Job Summary
BDR with high-volume outbound prospecting focus (80–150+ touches daily) in a fully remote role serving US-based decision-makers; responsibilities include cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn and SMS outreach, building target lists with Apollo/Clay, running multi-touch sequences in Instantly, creating personalized outbound messages, qualifying prospects, overcoming objections, booking discovery calls for Account Executives, and maintaining HubSpot activity logs to drive pipeline and meet KPIs. Requires strong English communication, experience in B2B software sales, CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar), and a self-driven, performance-oriented mindset. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
