Job Summary

BDR role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting to US-based decision-makers in software/tech. Responsibilities include daily multi-channel outreach (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS; using HubSpot to track activities; building targeted lists with Apollo/Clay; running multi-touch sequences with Instantly; crafting high-converting emails and messages; initiating conversations to communicate Bluelight's value proposition quickly; qualifying prospects based on budget/authority/need/timeline; handling objections; scheduling discovery calls for Account Executives; ensuring strong show rates through diligent follow-up; logging activities and updating pipelines; and meeting/exceeding KPIs like conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contributions.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales
  • Experience in technology or software industries
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) with a customer service-oriented approach
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
  • Ability to build and manage prospect lists and execute multi-touch outbound sequences
  • Experience using or familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Instantly
  • Proven ability to qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, timeline
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding outbound KPIs and booking qualified meetings
