Job Summary
Drive high-volume outbound prospecting for Bluelight by executing 80–150+ activities per day via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS to US-based decision-makers. Build and manage targeted prospect lists with Apollo and Clay, run multi-touch sequences in Instantly, craft high-converting outbound emails and LI messages, and initiate outbound conversations with a clear value proposition. Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline; handle objections; book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; and maintain accurate activity and pipeline updates in HubSpot. Success is measured by meeting daily activity targets, number of conversations and meetings booked, and pipeline contribution, all while continuously improving messaging and outreach strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales
- Strong outbound sales experience
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
- Nice to Have: Apollo, Clay, Instantly
- Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and improve outreach performance
Desired Qualifications
