Job Summary
Business Development Representative responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, cold email, LinkedIn, and SMS; use HubSpot to manage daily outreach including call tasks, email cadences, and follow-ups; build and manage targeted prospect lists using Apollo and Clay; run structured multi-touch outbound sequences in Instantly; write and send high-converting outreach messages; initiate outbound conversations with Bluelight's value proposition; qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, timeline; handle objections and position Bluelight as a solution; book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; log activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot; continuously improve messaging; meet or exceed KPIs including daily activity targets, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution; experience with CRM tools and English communication is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
