Job Summary
Business Development Representative for Bluelight, focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) to book qualified discovery calls with US-based decision-makers. Tasks include cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn and SMS outreach, building and managing prospect lists, running multi-touch sequences in Instantly, personalizing outreach, qualifying prospects, handling objections, and ensuring show rates. Proficiency with HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs is expected. The role emphasizes meeting KPIs such as activities, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution in a remote setting from Latin America (Uruguay).
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software industries
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
