Job Summary
BDR with high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) targeting US-based decision-makers for Bluelight’s software consultancy. Role requires cold calls, cold email, LinkedIn, and SMS outreach; using HubSpot to manage activities; building lists with Apollo and Clay; running multi-touch outbound sequences with Instantly; writing personalized outbound emails and LinkedIn messages; qualifying prospects (budget, authority, need, timeline); handling objections; booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; and achieving KPIs including activity targets, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution. The candidate should have proven experience in B2B/inside sales in technology or software, strong negotiation and English communication skills, familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team. Nice-to-have tools include Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and AI-assisted workflows. The role is remote with emphasis on Latin America, and the listed location for applicants is Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software industries
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
