BDR role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and SMS. Use HubSpot to manage outreach; build targeted lists with Apollo and Clay; run multi-touch sequences in Instantly; write high-converting outreach messages with clear CTAs; initiate conversations and clearly communicate Bluelight's value. Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline; handle objections; book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; log activities and pipeline updates; continuously improve messaging; and meet or exceed KPIs including daily activity targets, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.
