Job Summary
Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS to build and manage targeted prospect lists; qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline; book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; continuously improve messaging and outreach strategies; log activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot; meet or exceed daily activity targets, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution; leverage tools such as Apollo, Clay, and Instantly for outreach and list-building; communicate Bluelight's value proposition effectively to US-based decision-makers; seek to drive high-quality, qualified meetings and a predictable sales pipeline; thrive in a remote, fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment; preferred experience in technology or software industries and familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales, preferably within technology or software industries
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-makers
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
