Job Summary
Business Development Representative (BDR) needed for remote role in Latin America to drive high-volume outbound prospecting, qualify opportunities, and book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives. Responsibilities include 80–150+ outbound activities per day (calls, emails, LinkedIn, SMS), building targeted prospect lists (Apollo, Clay), executing multi-touch sequences in Instantly, writing high-converting outreach messages, qualifying prospects (budget, authority, need, timeline), handling objections, and ensuring strong show rates with follow-ups. Must excel in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment, communicate effectively in English, and work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. Familiarity with HubSpot for activity logging, and with CRM tools like Salesforce, is preferred. Ability to drive meetings, contribute to pipeline, and meet KPIs such as activity targets and pipeline contribution is expected. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
