Job Summary
Business Development Representative (Remote, Latin America) focused on high-volume outbound prospecting to expand Bluelight's client base. You will execute 80–150+ daily activities via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS; build targeted prospect lists using Apollo and Clay; run multi-touch outbound sequences; craft high-converting outbound emails and LinkedIn messages; initiate outbound conversations clearly conveying Bluelight's value proposition; qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline; handle objections; book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; log activities in HubSpot; and continuously improve messaging. Success looks like meeting daily activity targets, generating high-quality meetings, and building a predictable pipeline. Requirements include proven B2B/inside sales experience in tech/software, strong negotiation, CRM familiarity (e.g., Salesforce), outbound calling experience, excellent English communication, and ability to work independently within a team. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software industries
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
