Job Summary
Business Development Representative responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities per day) to identify and qualify opportunities, manage targeted prospect lists (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay), and run multi-touch outbound sequences (Instnatly) including emails and LinkedIn messages. Qualify prospects based on defined criteria, handle objections, and book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives to drive pipeline and meet KPIs. Strong English communication, experience in technology/software sales, proficiency with CRM tools, and ability to craft personalized outreach with a clear value proposition are required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
- Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with outbound prospecting and telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns desirable
- Ability to qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, timeline
- Track record of meeting or exceeding activity targets and pipeline goals
