Job Summary
Business Development Representative role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) to book qualified appointments with U.S.-based decision-makers. Responsibilities include outbound outreach via cold calls, cold email, LinkedIn, and SMS; use of HubSpot to manage outreach; building targeted prospect lists with Apollo and Clay; running multi-touch sequences in Instantly; writing high-conversion outbound emails and messages; initiating conversations and communicating Bluelight's value proposition early; qualifying prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline; handling objections; booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; logging activities and pipeline updates; and continually optimizing messaging. Success measured by KPIs such as activity targets, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software industries
