Job Summary
Business Development Representative (BDR) sought for remote role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting to expand the client base. Responsibilities include 80–150+ daily activities via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS; managing outreach with HubSpot; building targeted prospect lists using Apollo and Clay; running multi-touch sequences in Instantly; writing outbound emails and LinkedIn messages with strong personalization; initiating conversations to convey Bluelight’s value; qualifying prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline; handling objections and positioning Bluelight as a solution; booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; logging activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot; continuously improving messaging; and meeting or exceeding KPIs for activity, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution. Ideal candidates have proven B2B or inside sales experience in technology/software, strong negotiation skills, CRM familiarity, and excellent English communication, with remote work capability and comfort working within a performance-driven, fast-paced environment. Nice-to-have tools include Apollo, Clay, and Instantly, plus experience using AI tools to streamline workflows. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
